Getting Started

  1. Q: How do I know if therapy is right for me?

  2. Q: Do I need a referral to book with you?
A: Not at all. You can directly reach out and book a session with me — no doctor’s note required.

A: Just head to the booking page, pick a time that works for you, and you’ll get a secure link. Simple and stress-free.
  4. Q: Can I try one session first to see how it feels?
A: Absolutely. Many of my clients start with one session before deciding whether to continue.
  5. Q: I’ve never done therapy before — is that okay?
A: More than okay. Most people who come to me are first-timers. I’ll guide you step by step and move at your pace.
